This Reiki-Infused Sound Bath is a 60-minute experience designed to help anchor your energy, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a steady inner rhythm.
The session begins with a short grounding meditation to bring awareness into the body and support presence. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound journey accompanied by Reiki energy, creating space for rest, integration, and gentle recalibration.
Come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
