What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a form of active meditation to help release stuck energies in the body, whether it is emotional, mental, or physical. This ancient Eastern therapeutic practice uses the breath as a gateway to our subconscious mind. When we breath, we are bringing in life force energy. The increase intake of oxygen flows through the lungs and up to the brain, stimulating the hypothalamus gland to release endorphins that activates the central chakra channels and helps the brain relax.

Powerful healing can occur when the mind is free from distractions and stories. The breath is the fuel to get the energy moving. The more we stay with the breath, the quicker we can dissolve blockages in the body.

What is Reiki?

Originated in Japan, reiki is a healing technique for deep relaxation and stress reduction that facilitates your body's natural ability to heal itself. Everything is made up of energy. This universal life force, also known as chi and prana, flows through and around all living things. Daily stressors, trauma, grief, self doubt and fear can disrupt this flow in the body. Left untreated, these stuck energies can build up to create dis-ease and illness on the mental, emotional, and physical levels. Reiki is a safe and non invasive practice to help identify and releasing the blockages, restoring balance of the body, mind, and soul.

It is recommended that clients receiving Reiki treatments also see a licensed physician for any ailments.

What is a Sound Bath?

Sound healing has been practiced since ancient civilization. The vibration of sound is able to permeate the body from the aura field, to the physical body, and making its all way down to the cellular level. The healing frequency produced from instruments, chanting, and vocal toning helps to simmer down an overactive nervous system. It soothes the fight, flight or freeze mode and activates the rest and digest mode. When we are in a deep state of relaxation, it promotes the self healing process, energizing the body and awakening the spirit.​

Similar to Reiki and Breathwork, sound healing frequencies is a safe and effective modality to restore the inner balance of the body to achieve overall wellness.
