I asked myself the same things. The doubt is real and it's not a sign that Reiki won't work for you. It's a sign that you haven't fully stepped into your own power yet.
That's exactly what this weekend is for.
Reiki Level 1 is a self-empowerment course at its core. The belief that you have the ability to heal yourself already lives inside you. This training gives you the tools, the lineage, and the practice to access it. All you need is the willingness to stay open.

Ada Nei
I'm a Los Angeles based wellness practitioner and for years I've been teaching breathwork, sound healing, and meditation, practices I didn't come to professionally first. I came to them personally, during a season of transition, health challenges, and that particular kind of uncertainty where you're not sure what's next or who you are becoming.
Reiki found me in that season. And what surprised me wasn't just the practice itself. It was what it asked of me. To trust. To listen. To believe that what I was feeling in my hands, in my body, in my gut was real and worth following. That's intuitive development in the most lived sense. Not a technique, but a gradual coming home to your own knowing.
There's a feeling Reiki gives me that I haven't found anywhere else quite the same way. Of being held by something much larger than myself. Of knowing, even in the hard seasons, that I am taken care of.
What I care most about is that you leave feeling that too. Not dependent on a teacher or a tool. Just more at home in yourself than when you arrived.
My Story
I wasn't always the person standing at the front of the room. For a long time, I was the one in the back, staying quiet, quietly observing, convinced that guiding others wasn't something meant for me. One decision led to another, one practice led to the next, and before I knew it, everything changed.
2019 — Yoga Teacher Training
The crack. The moment something in me woke up and refused to go back to sleep.
2020–2022 — Breathwork Training, Levels 1–4
Went deep into the body. Learned that the breath knows things the mind hasn't caught up to yet.
2021 — Sound Healing Training
Discovered that vibration heals in ways words can't always reach. Fell completely in love.
2021 — Reiki Level 1 Attunement
First time I felt energy move through my hands. Nothing was the same after that.
2022 — Reiki Level 2
Deepened the practice and began sharing Reiki with others through private sessions, community gatherings, and sound baths.
2022 — Reiki Master, Level 3
Committed fully. My journey with Reiki was just beginning.
2023 — Energy Healing Certification Program
Wove it all together. The pieces finally had a container.
2023–Present — Private Clients, Community Events & Corporate Collaborations
Supported clients through private sessions, community events, wellness festivals, and corporate partnerships.
2026 — Reiki Level 1 Training, Shoden
