My signature offering is a deeply personalized, intuitively guided session that weaves together breathwork, Reiki, and sound healing. Over 75 minutes, we’ll support your nervous system through breath, clear and balance your energy through Reiki, and integrate through sound, creating space for release, clarity, and restoration. Whether you’re moving through stress, emotional heaviness, a life transition, or simply feeling “off,” this session meets you exactly where you are and helps you return to your center. A Session May Include: Brief check-in + Intentional Setting Chakra reading and clearing Breathwork Reiki Sound healing Inner child support and emotional release Guidance card pull Available by request in a serene studio space in Atwater Village.
