Service Description
Breathwork is an active form of meditation that helps you get out of your head and back into your body. It’s a powerful way to release stress, move stuck emotions, and feel clearer, especially when life has been a lot. Research reviews have found that breathwork practices can meaningfully reduce self-reported stress and anxiety, and support mood. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation, then move into a 2-stage breath pattern with curated music to support release and reset. We’ll close with gentle sound integration to help you land, and an intuitive card pull for reflection.
